Introducing : The House of Fleury
Champagne’s First Biodynamic Producer

The basis of the biodynamic approach to grape-growing lies not only in the strengthening of the authentic character of the soil through applying animal and vegetable compost during precise cosmic rhythms, but the application of preparations which will improve the photosynthesis. This method bans the use of chemical treatments which are harmful for the microorganisms of the soil : it is environmentally friendly.

As noble gastronomy develops more subtle flavors, the biodynamic culture is able to extract the flavor qualities of the grape together with respecting nature.

Biodynamic cultivation brings more energy to the grapes, and the grapes give more character and complexity to the wine.
