Sam Adams Utopias Beer 2007 - Sold Out

Sam Adams Utopias has been packaged in a unique, collectible copper-finished brew kettle decanter reminiscent of the brew kettles used by brew masters for hundreds of years. You are about to experience the strongest beer ever brewed, with an alcohol content of 25% by volume.  Beer enthusiasts have never enjoyed a beer like Sam Adams Utopias. When served at room temperature in a two-ounce serving, Sam Adams Utopias is an ideal after-dinner drink. Pour it into a wine glass or brandy snifter. Drinkers have long been familiar with light beers. I wanted to show them the opposite end of the beer spectrum. A beer that is strong, rich and dark. Some would say, the ultimate beer. A beer without carbonation, one to be savored slowly. By starting with some of the world's finest ingredients, including all four types of Noble hops, which give the beer its earthy, herbal taste. The hops also add a spicy note. Carmel, Vienna, Moravian and Bavarian smoked malts add a rich amber color. 750ml     $175.00

SAMUEL ADAMS

 BREWER PATRIOT COLLECTION
Sold Out

CELEBRATING OUR COUNTRY’S FOUNDING BREWERS, SAMUEL ADAMS® INTRODUCES

THE BREWER PATRIOT COLLECTION - $9.99 - 4pk

BOSTON, MA, June 2006 –The birth of our nation involved many things: leadership, determination…and beer. Two hundred and thirty years after our country’s founding fathers built our great nation, Samuel Adams is celebrating the first American brewers by proudly introducing the Brewer Patriot Collection. With four full-flavored brews, each as distinct and authentic as the next, Samuel Adams is paying tribute to our founding fathers who were also brewers.

Samuel Adams Traditional Ginger Honey Ale is a highly effervescent beer that is brewed with authentic ingredients from the colonial era, such as fresh ginger, lemon peel and wildflower honey. Pale golden in color, the brew has a subtle maltiness with a floral, sweet honey finish. The sweetness of the Traditional Ginger Honey Ale is the perfect partner for sweet and spicy foods alike. We recommend pairing it with a glazed honey ham, Chinese spareribs or baklava.

James Madison Dark Wheat Ale is a beer that is deep mahogany in color with a slight smoky finish. The brew also features a rich, creamy head and notes of cocoa, toffee and dates. This brew pairs perfectly with grilled chicken, salmon, swordfish or bread pudding.

George Washington Porter has a deep, black walnut color and toasted malt taste, with notes of molasses, toffee, cocoa and dates. The sweet, savory flavor of barbecue chicken or the hot Cajun spices of blackened fish are the perfect complements to the burnt but sweet notes of this brew.

1790 Root Beer Brew is an intensely aromatic beer, which features a chestnut brown color and finishes with a hint of vanilla and honey. We recommend pairing this beer with fried chicken or clams, pizza or as an ingredient in a creamy root beer float with vanilla ice cream.

Limited Edition Brew:
Newport Storm '06

Nov. 2006 - Jan. 2006

"For the sixth year we have faithfully produced the next edition in our impressive series of annual limited beers. Copious amounts of Pale, Chocolate, and Munich malts gives the mouthfeel to this brew. Additionally, twenty pounds of East African Cocoa combines with subtle raspberry flavors to accentuate the beer's creative backbone. Though not laden with hop bitterness, we chose the Perle hop's mild spice and sweetness to complement the chocolate in this ale. Unusual care and a year of aging, as well as hand corking and a never to be used again recipe give this beer a signature flavor which should only improve with time. It is extremely limited, extremely strong, and extremely original, because as we like to say around here "It's All About Extremes!" - Coastal Extreme Brewing Company   $11.99
